You are welcome to contact us directly, if you are concerned about your order (due to all of our meat coming in a short time period, we are behind), or you have a specific time you need to be delivered.

Kayelee is working through her Pre-Order list as fast as she can, she just may have not gotten to your name yet (it is in order of your original contact, not alphabetical). Last count, we are approximately 85% delivered.

During contact, we will be working with you to set up a firm delivery date (barring weather). If we receive no response by July 31,2026. we will assume you have moved, and will put the quarter back into sale inventory for Farmers Market. Even if you need delivery late summer, mid-fall, please do give us a call so we can mark you down as having responded. Phone or email both work.

Deliveries within 2 weeks of contact (or as close as we can get given scheduling) will not have a requested freezer fee.

If we are required to hold your bulk package for more than 30 days after July 15, 2026, we will be requiring a 5% Freezer fee, unless previously arranged during ordering in 2025. All unpaid $200 deposits will be due at this time. All bulk orders must be delivered by Dec 15, 2026.

For returning customers-this is to help with inventory control due to higher demands, too many unscheduled hold requests, as well as too many cancellations from 2022-2023.
